Established in the city of Handa, the Nakano Sake Brewery first opened its doors as Marunaka Sake Brewery in 1844. It wasn’t until 1990 that the company o¤icially changed its name to Nakano Sake Brewery and began to produce fruit liqueurs. AMABUKI SHUZO KYOTO MATCHA YUZU SAKE LIQUEUR Kyoto, Japan

Flat Rock Twisted 2023 Charmat method bubble is a great value sparkler. Produced from 86% Riesling, 13% Chardonnay with the balance in Gewürztraminer, it is fragrant with ripe apple, lemon zest, tart orchard and stone fruit flavours on a lively and persistent mousse. Amabuki Brewery was founded in 1688, and its sakes are noted for their particularly aromatic character obtained through the use of flower yeasts in the fermentation process. Sake liqueur is relatively rare. Its production method di¤ers from typical sake in that it incorporates other ingredients besides rice, including fruit and herbs.
