STRATUS CABERNET FRANC ROSÉ 6 VQA Niagara-on-the-Lake, estate grown, sustainable, vegan

This wine was vinified partly in the whole-berry direct-press method and partly in a “saignée” style, with the berries given eight hours of skin contact. The unique production method created a wine with enhanced intensity and depth of colour while retaining elegance and vibrancy. CANADA • ROSÉ WINE ONTARIO DOMAINE QUEYLUS ROSÉ 6 VQA Niagara Peninsula Domaine Queylus crafted their 2025 rosé from 100% Cabernet Franc, which they picked early to maximize bright natural acidity in a warm vintage. The resulting wine is lip-smackingly dry and bursting with white flowers, citrus peel and wild strawberry, with a lovely mineral undertone. WENDING HOME ROSÉ  6 VQA Niagara Peninsula

This rosé blends Pinot Noir (53%) and Pinot Gris (47%). During vinification, the Pinot Noir had only brief skin contact while the Pinot Gris was given longer, enhancing depth and intensity. The wine then spent eight months on the yeast lees, which imparted additional complexity and texture. It’s showing beautifully in the glass, with suggestions of ripe berry fruit
