TOMICH HILL PINOT GRIGIO 2023 Adelaide Hills, South Australia This wine is from a high-altitude single-vineyard site that enjoys temperatures averaging five degrees cooler than Adelaide. Fermented in stainless steel, it’s bright, fresh and taut, with pear, peach, citrus, and a dash of honey adding complexity. A focused, precise wine with a fine mineral note emerging on the close.
