i4C returns to Niagara this summer for four days of festivities. This unparalleled wine weekend features a robust roster of events including School of Cool: a day of seminars and tutored tastings; Friday Night Flights: a can’t-miss soirée that trans forms a Niagara-on-the-Lake airport hangar into the hottest ticket in town; and Saturday’s Chardonnay in the Vineyard World Tour Tasting and Dinner: an elegant alfresco evening that invites guests to try 115 cool-climate wines from six countries alongside farm-to-table creations by Niagara’s top chefs.
