South Australia comprises 18 wine regions, with the majority of the continent’s premium wines coming from the diverse soils and climates of Barossa Valley, Coonawarra, Langhorne Creek, McLaren Vale, Clare Valley, Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Eden Valley. Here, we’re showcasing three Cabernet Sauvignons that highlight the distinct character and regionality of South Australia’s varied growing areas while celebrating what Cabernets from these regions have in common: Premium quality; structure and depth; fantastic value; bountiful ripe dark fruit, black cherry, cassis and earth; and an approachable, food-friendly character.
