It captures Pinot’s ability to deliver robust yet graceful tannins to great effect. Generous and very present, it offers impressive cherry, raspberry and dried fruit, with an exciting flourish of exotic spice.

RAVINE CABERNET FRANC 2021 6 VQA Niagara-on-the-Lake This is a nicely even, well balanced cab franc landing somewhere between rugged and juicy. The nose is lifted with classic raspberry jam, fine herbs nicely fitted with moderate oak. Very well balanced with fine acidity, some flesh and warmth, then drying sandy but astringent tannin.
