Parellón comes from an old vineyard planted to semillon in 1928. It is dry farmed on the slopes of the Coastal Mountain Range in the Paredones area, very close to the sea in the Colchagua Valley. The grapes undergo partial maceration with the skins (25% of the total volume) for three months, all in stainless steel tanks.
