When you’re thinking “lighter” red wine, it doesn’t need to be as delicate as Gamay. The Adamo Bistro Red Blend 2021 is a Bordeaux blend comprising Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot. This juicy, lithe, medium bodied red has plenty of red fruit and some heft and structure. It’s perfect for heartier fare, but it doesn’t tip the scales into big, burly, and over powering.
