What lovely al-dente fruit in this wine. The raspberry and currant flavors remind me of freshly picked grapes. Medium body, fine tannins, and a clean, vivid finish. VIGNERONS DE BEL AIR BOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR † AOP This is a very lively, juicy and quite intense young pinot, with an ample nose of red cherry/ raspberry red fruits and lightly spicy, toasty oak. There is rose florality as well. It is medium bodied, energized and tart edged with warm alcohol and slightly gritty tannin. A bit coarse, but another year or two in bottle should soften.
