FRANCE ž RED WINE BORDEAUX CHÂTEAU D’ANGÉLUS Nº SAINT ÉMILION AOC, third wine of Ch. Angélus

BURGUNDY DOMAINE CLUNY BOURGOGNE CÔTE D’OR PINOT NOIR AOC, sustainable

What lovely al-dente fruit in this wine. The raspberry and currant flavors remind me of freshly picked grapes. Medium body, fine tannins, and a clean, vivid finish. Made from young vines at Angelus. 85% merlot, 10% cabernet franc and 5% cabernet sauvignon. [Drink through 2033+.] Score: 93-94 (james suckling.com, April 9, 2024) Full-bodied & Smooth 41272 (XD) 750 ml $110.95 2

Lovely pure red colour. Clean nose, with fruity varietal accents and a fine woody note. On the palate, a noble substance, successfully mirroring the aromas of the nose. Perfect with snails in garlic butter. Score: 90 (gilbertgaillard.com, 2025) Medium-bodied & Fruity 49859 (XD) 750 ml $29.95 2

VIGNERONS DE BEL AIR BOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR † AOP This is a very lively, juicy and quite intense young pinot, with an ample nose of red cherry/ raspberry red fruits and lightly spicy, toasty oak. There is rose florality as well. It is medium bodied, energized and tart edged with warm alcohol and slightly gritty tannin. A bit coarse, but another year or two in bottle should soften. The length is very good to excellent. Tasted July 2025. Score: 89 (David Lawrason, winealign.com) Medium-bodied & Fruity 38093 (XD) 750 ml $29.95 2

TEMPO D’ANGÉLUS BORDEAUX AOC, second wine of Ch. Angélus The 2023 Tempo d’Angelus is a gorgeous entry level ošering from Angélus. Soft and pliant, the Tempo is an absolute delight. Pretty floral top notes lift a core of brilliant red-toned fruit. All of this is estate fruit. Tempo is quite frankly irresistible. Drinking window: 2025-2035. Score: 91 (Antonio Galloni, vinous.com, March 13, 2026) Medium-bodied & Fruity 25255 (XD) 750 ml $48.95 2
