The components are brought together and aged in European barriques for six months. This is a more elegant style of Sauvignon Blanc, with a nose of gooseberries, baked apple, grapefruit/lime citrus, white peach, chamomile and spices. It’s rounded on the palate with concentrated notes of summer peaches, yellow apples, lemon tart, melon and some oak spices on a lush, long finish.
