TERRA MADRE ORGANIC BARRIQUE PLAVAC MALI 2021 Komarna, Coastal Dalmatia Based on Plavac Mali (a relative of Zinfandel) along with splashes of Syrah and Cabernet, this wine was aged in barrel for 12 months. Sleek, soft and modern, it delivers ripe cherry and plum with an elegant flourish of spice. Savour with grilled meats or mature cheeses.

Ultra modern, clean and fresh chardonnay void of any wood intrusion and buoyed by the cleanest of clean lees living. Bright and yellow flower floral, scent of jasmine and an aromatic sweetness filling the glass. Technically sound, characterful and satisfying. Drink date: 2025 2027. Tasted July 2025.
