Finally, we come to the Unite 2023 , an eclectic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. This is a classic combo in bubbly, but Unite 2023 is a still wine. Unite is a blend of 73% Pinot Noir and 27% Chardonnay, co-fermented over several days with plenty of hand- plunging to coax out the most flavour of the two varieties. The wine then spent eight months in neutral French oak. Besides the Hexa, which was – but is no longer – available at the winery shop, these are never-before-seen wines, all available exclusively at Vintages.
