There’s a silkiness here with a twist of sour cherry, and really nice acidity. Very fine. FLAT ROCK UNITE 2023 6 VQA Twenty Mile Bench, Niagara Escarpment, sustainable Unite is a blend of 73% Pinot Noir and 27% Chardonnay co-fermented over several days with plenty of hand-plunging to coax out the most flavour of the two varieties.
