LANGMEIL HANGIN’ SNAKES SHIRAZ 2023 Barossa, South Australia Full ruby colour. Mulberry and purple pastilles on the nose. Dense and ripe blueberry fruit, a touch of dried plum but doesn’t sit too heavy with a lift of rosemary leaf to freshen it. Good length. Tannins have good grip into the finish. SERAFINO SHIRAZ 2021 McLaren Vale, South Australia

SISTER’S RUN COW’S CORNER GRENACHE/SHIRAZ/MATARO 2023 Barossa, South Australia A bold, generous GSM that demonstrates the undeniable certainty of dark fruit, red berry, pepper, oak spice and brambly earth that has made the Barossa so immensely popular. A balanced, poised, powerful wine with lifted floral and lithe mint tones. Drink this through 2028+ alongside mushroom burgers, ribs, or rosemary herbed chicken. RYMILL COONAWARRA CLASSIC RELEASE CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2020 Coonawarra, South Australia, sustainable Sourced from Rymill’s older northern Coonawarra vineyards. Matured in French oak hogsheads (30% new) for 24 months. One smell/sip and you’re in Coonawarra. Blackcurrant, tobacco and mint flavours with tips of violet and anise. Integrated cedar wood, too. It’s fully ripe but that cool Coonawarra cabernet persona remains intact. Drink from: 2024. Drink by: 2035. Special Value. This is immediately appealing on the nose, showing sweet cherry, plum, floral and warm spice aromas with a hint of toasted nuts. The palate delivers succulent fruit intensity combined with silky texture and fine-grained tannins, finishing long and flavour- some. At its best: now to 2033.
