Nero d’Avola offers up rich, intensely articulated dark fruit. This one is aged for a minimum of six months in a combination of French and American oak. You can expect a floral, balanced wine with great varietal typicity and a dash of spice on the close. A fine choice for game or roast beef with mushrooms. The nose is crisp and invigorating, with aromas of black pepper, sour cherry, strawberry and soil.
