Vintages New Release Collection – October 11, 2025

Veneto Stretching from the Adriatic Sea to the alpine Austrian border in north eastern Italy, Veneto is home to mountains, lakes, and wines made in a very particular style. The region is famous for the appassimento method, which employs partially dried grapes to create a variety of wine styles, including sweet Recioto and rich yet dry Amarone. Red wines are typically blends containing elegantly nutty Corvina, delicate Molinara and robust Rondinella. The region’s most famous white wine is the crisp and citrusy Soave, made from fresh, undried Garganega grapes grown in the volcanic soils of the hillsides east of Verona.
