I really like the crispness ... Acid and minerality merge very evenly. The nose is generous with well defined apple fruit, with barrel toast, spice and brulee. It is medium weight, firm, tart-edge and dry ... Rather stony on the finish. The length is very good to excellent. Not just a typical Niagara expression, but a Beamsville Bench expression.
