Comprising 57% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Franc, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Petit Verdot, it’s bold and elegant, with excellent depth and complexity, generous mixed red and dark fruit, black pepper, smoke, mocha and vanilla. It will evolve into the early 2030s.

From one of Niagara’s most reliable premium producers, this characterful, consistent, charming Cabernet Franc is ripe and concentrated, with generous blueberry, black fruit, cassis, forest floor, roasted red pepper, savoury herbs, earth, co‚ee, and lifted mint tones. Polished and enjoyable, it’s drinking beautifully now and will continue to evolve into the mid 2030s.
