The Alazani Valley is a subregion of Kakheti and has a winemaking history dating back nearly 8,000 years. Slightly warmer than the region at large, the Alazani Valley produces very ripe fruit perfect for crafting semi-sweet wines such as this one, which is made from the indigenous Rkatsiteli variety.
