napa & green cabbage rolls

Sweet and soft and slightly frilly, oblong napa cabbage is no oddball. Originating in China, it’s tender enough to be eaten raw in salads, and is often found in dumplings, soups and hello kimchi! Green cabbage is the type most commonly used; it has deep, dense leaves that are great for wrapping things like cabbage rolls or for shredding into slaw.
