As wild as the Arctic, this cocktail combines the distinctive flavour of Ungava with a splash of lemon and pineapple that’s sure to delight.

R E C I P E

2 oz. Ungava Gin ¾ oz. Lemon Juice ½ oz. Simple Syrup 5 Mint Leaves Chunk of Pineapple

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Give mint and pineapple a gentle muddle. Shake and double strain into chilled coupe.

3 oz. Malfy Con Limone Gin 1 oz. Absolut Vodka ½ oz. Lillet Blanc Garnish: Lemon Zest and Sliced Lemon Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist a slice of lemon peel over the drink, rub along the rim of the glass, and drop it in.

1.5 oz. Beefeater Pink Strawberry Gin 3 oz. Lemonade Splash of Soda Garnish: Fresh Strawberries, Lemon and Mint. Build ingredients in glass over cubed ice, fresh strawberries, and lemon wedges. Top with soda and stir to combine. Finish with mint.

Pour 1.5 oz. of Beefeater Blood Orange and just add 3 oz. tonic water. Garnish with a sliced orange.
