HOW TO USE IT

FOOD & DRI NK SUMMER This recipe makes enough marinade for 2 lbs (1 kg) boneless grilling beef such as skirt, flank or even ten- derloin. It makes a killer soak for beef sirloin ke- babs too. Marinating time is 2 to 4 hours and should be done in the fridge. Because there is very little sugar in the marinade, there’s no need to dry your meat be- fore hitting the fire; simply cook over a fiercely hot grill until cooked to your liking.
