Top sirloin is widely available in grocers’ meat aisles with good rea- son—it’s thrifty and takes to the grill like a champ. You’ll probably need to visit a fish shop for the monkfish, but unlike most things there, it’s easy on the wallet. Everything else can be gathered at the grocery store when picking up the sirloin, and the recipe for the sauce comes together in the time it takes to heat the grill.
