PARTY TRICK: SANGRIA ICE CUBES Got some leftover wine or berries that are on their way out? Use both to fill up ice-cube trays. Add a squeeze of citrus and/or a touch of zest. Freeze. (Note: If the wine is over 11 per cent alcohol by volume (ABV), mix in a touch of water so they freeze properly.) For a ready-to-go sangria, you’ll be skipping the fuss of infusing before a party. Instead, simply pull these flavourful cubes from the freezer and pop them into glasses of fizzy water and/or wine.
