GAME PLAN Aim to visit just two or three wineries/ breweries/distilleries per day, plus lunch and dinner destinations. This allows for leisure time and spontaneity. If you want to cover more ground, turn your getaway into an overnight or weekend. Once you have your plan set, making reservations where possible is always a good idea.
