... whole berries co-fermented with a dash of Viognier ... a genuine prettiness in the aromas – thanks in part to the Viognier, but also a cooler climate expression teased here from Hills Shiraz. Florals abound, articulated in a violet note, with weaves of pepper and crunchy black berry fruit, juicy, lively, medium bodied and energetic, with just the faintest of pleasing gastronomic bitters in the finish.
