This is fine, just off-dry oloroso with a very rich nose of dried apricot, dried orange, barley sugar and sherry’s typical rancio walnut-character. It is full bodied, smooth, almost creamy and intensely flavoured. The length is excellent, with some bitterness on the finish. Last tasted December 2023.
