FRANCE – WHITE WINE ALSACE PFAFF CUVÉE JUPITER RIESLING 2023 AP Alsace (La Cave des Vignerons de Pfaffenheim) This is a typically dry, full bodied and fleshy Alsatian riesling with fairly forward, ripe aromas of peach jam, green olive, lemon and dried flowers. The green olive note surprised me, but it is apt and describes a certain waxiness. It is medium-full bodied, warmish and dry with firm riesling acidity. The length is very good. Chill well.
