Wondering why 2024 wines are called “futures”? Bordeaux Futures is a special program that lets you buy top wines from the world’s most revered wine region up to three years before they’re bottled. Though the 2024 vintage is still maturing in barrels in Bordeaux, wine critics and our own buyers have sampled many of the wines at en primeur week: an annual spring tasting held at wineries and other venues around the region.
