One only need look at the extensive portfolio of wines he’s crafted over his impressive career to recognize the drive this Burgundy-trained Montreal native has for revealing terroir. Bachelder has famously made Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in Oregon and Burgundy, but it’s here in Niagara that his passion has dug the deepest roots.
