This complex blend is based on the indigenous Posip and Vugava grapes. It’s sourced from vines grown on the island of Brac in stony soils from which the winery takes its name. (“Stina” is Croatian for “stone.”) There’s a distinct mineral underpinning, ripe tropical citrus and peach fruit, bright acidity, and evocative salinity. This richly textured sipper will be great with oysters or grilled pork.
