Vintages New Release Collection – October 25, 2025

“Crémant” is the term used in select regions of France outside of Champagne to indicate sparklers that have been crafted using the same rigorous process. The Joseph Cattin Brut Crémant d’Alsace featured here is a crisp, ripe example. France is also a leader in Charmat-method sparkling wines such as the vibrant, modern- styled Luc Belaire Bleu . Charmat wines gain their sparkle from a second fermentation in stainless steel tanks rather than the bottle. France’s sparkling wines come in at a wide range of prices, presenting limitless opportunities for dining and celebrations.
