This zesty wine has crisp apple, bright citrus, and a sharply defined mineral note on the close. It’s everything you want in a Pinot Grigio. Siegerrebe, whose name means “champion vine,” is a pink-skinned white-wine grape created in Rheinhessen in 1929 from a crossing of Gewürz traminer and Madeleine Angevine.
