This belief was born of extensive travel and tasting, particu larly in Burgundy, where he developed a finely tuned understanding of what impact carefully crafted wines that faithfully reflect the place where they are grown can have. Over the years, Tawse Winery has developed one of Niagara’s most diverse portfolios of premium cool-climate wines, with a focus on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Cabernet Franc and Gamay.
