Sourced from the Martin and Garrett vineyards, it was aged for one year in French oak. It’s silky and buttery, with creamy vanilla, citrus, marmalade, and oak spice. Unique vintage for one of the most underrated riesling out of Ontario, an odd thing to think or say, and along with Limestone South the two represent incredible balance, fortitude and representation. Unique because of the dry, soda, scraped stone and lime opening. Also because the transition is abrupt into full lime juice intensity over green fruit like mango and granny smith apple ...
