KAMIKOKORO MOMO PEACH FLAVOURED SAKE Okayama Prefecture, Japan From the Okayama Prefecture, which has an excellent reputation for the quality of its peaches, this sake has a cloudy appearance, so gently tip the bottle up and down a few times to mix all the components – no need to shake vigorously. MORIATA RAN DAIGINJO SAKE Aichi Prefecture, Japan
“Daiginjo” designates this as an ultra-premium sake, one that has been produced with rice polished to 50%. A small amount of alcohol is also added to Daiginjo sakes to elevate their aromatic character. This one is fresh and fragrant, with notable ripe apple and pear. OZEKI ONE CUP JUNMAI SAKE Hyogo Prefecture, Japan
Single-serving “one cup” sakes were introduced in Japan in 1964 for the Tokyo Olympics and are now a staple on shelves throughout the country, but have only recently gained traction here.
