If you’re lucky enough to have a blackberry bush in your backyard, decorate your tart with a sprig or two of foliage.

We used round, square and rectangular tins for these tarts but we know many of you may only have a round one or two. If that’s the case, for the square and rectangular tarts, see the recipe headnote for alternative round pan sizes.
