Salmon and Asparagus Fusilli

In the time it takes to cook the pasta, the asparagus and sauce is ready (in one pan), and with the addition of leftover salmon this is so much better than your typical default of plain tomato sauce. As a bonus, the leftovers are good cold for lunch. Fish Tacos with Pineapple Slaw Fish tacos are a weekly staple in our house since they’re fast, easy and we feel extra- virtuous from upping our fish intake. With the salmon you so cleverly cooked ahead they’re even faster and easier to make!
